Resulting in \u20ac45,000 towards our summer youth programmes<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Thank you all for your support and for helping us to raise an incredible \u20ac50,500 resulting in \u20ac45,000 towards our summer youth programmes.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Massive congratulations to Maria & Derek dancing \u2018The Paso Doble\u2019 \u2013 our Ozanam Come Dancing Winners 2018!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"OzanamOzanam Come Dancing was held in Liberty Hall on Friday 9th<\/sup>\u00a0March last. A sell out crowd of 400 people filled the venue and were entertained by our 11 amazing couples who danced the Cha Cha, the Charleston, the Jive, Disco, Bollywood, Tango and Paso Doble.<\/p>\n

The amazing Brendan Courtney returned for his\u00a0fourth\u00a0year as our host and was joined by our celebrity Judges Katherine Lynch, Brian Keogh, and Mary Black. All shared their wisdom, insight, humour and laughs throughout the evening. The brilliant \u2018State Lights\u2019 with lead singer Shobsy and guitarist Joe Regan providing the entertainment on the night.<\/p>\n

Our volunteer dancers came on board from within Ozanam House,<\/a>\u00a0SVP Staff and staff from some of our supporting companies including McCann FitzGerald<\/a>, Independent News and Media<\/a>, Abbey Capital<\/a>,\u00a0Adobe<\/a>, Dance World<\/a>, AIB<\/a> and Diageo<\/a> and a huge thank goes to them all for their hard work, commitment and support. They put on a truly incredible show on the night and amazed everyone with what can be achieved after only 10 weeks of lessons.<\/p>\n

A HUGE THANK YOU to all our dancers\u2019 sponsors and to the companies who donated goods and services to the event, Mark and Steven from 'Offscript' for producing all of our videos, to all our volunteer helpers on the night and to everyone involved for all of your efforts and support in making Ozanam Come Dancing 2018 an incredibly successful evening.<\/p>\n
