On Friday, December 11th 2015<\/strong>, they\u2019re calling on families, businesses, schools, colleges, anyone at all, to get into the Christmas spirit and help make the holiday even better this year for those who depend on St Vincent de Paul\u2019s services!<\/p>\n Don\u2019t have a Christmas jumper? Don\u2019t worry, just get a bit of tinsel or glitter and make it yourself! This appeal is for anyone, any age, anywhere in County Kerry!<\/p>\n They're asking that everyone makes a minimum donation of \u20ac2 again this year. You can drop all donations into your local St Vincent de Paul office or shop, or the Radio Kerry offices \u2013 Maine Street, Tralee or Glebe Lane, Killarney \u2013 and they'll get it to us.<\/p>\n If you\u2019re taking part, make sure to let them know by emailing svp@radiokerry.ie<\/a>, calling them on 066 \u2013 712 3600, or private messaging them on the Radio Kerry Facebook page<\/strong><\/a>. Send them photos of you and your team and the amount raised and they will post the photos to our special event page, as well as mentioning you on air throughout the day!<\/p>\nRadio Kerry<\/a>\u2019s hugely successful Christmas Jumper Day, in aid of St Vincent de Paul\u2019s work, is almost upon us for the second year running. This year, McElligott\u2019s Garage, Listowel Road, Tralee \u2013 the home of quality cars and personal service \u2013 are kindly supporting the event which raised an enormous \u20ac10,000<\/strong><\/u> last year. This money was used by St Vincent de Paul to assist Kerry families in need.<\/p>\n
