Today in Palmerstown, as with the rest of the country, there are many people whose income barely supports their basic needs of rent, food, heating, electricity and education. For these, it can still just take one small problem to tip someone into crisis and poverty. It can be an unexpected illness or unexpected bills. But we know that a little help at the right time can stop a domino effect leading to a family experiencing prolonged hardship.
Many of you regularly support our work. We are very grateful for this help, without which, we simply would not be able to assist those struggling.
