Making submissions to Government, regulators and policy makers is an important part of our work.
Based on the experience of SVP members and the people we assist, we make recommendations to Government. Our recommendations are always based on the most up-to-date research and analysis.
Our Social Justice team work with government agencies, politicians and other advocates to drive forward changes to make Ireland a more just society.
We regularly attend Oireachtas committee meetings to engage with the highest level of decision makers in the country.
SVP also uses its voice in the media to educate and inform the Irish public on the issues facing our service users every day.
