We provide enhanced annual leave entitlements and additional discretionary leave for all employees.
23 days annual leave for all staff; additional day’s leave at 5, 10, 15 & 20 years, with a cap of 27 annual leave days.

Employees who retire with service more than 10 years will receive a gift from the Society.
We operate both the travel pass and bike to work schemes which allow us to purchase one of the above on your behalf and deduct the cost from your gross salary over a max 12-month period.
This scheme enables you to take advantage of a tax efficient arrangement that applies to the provision of certain monthly and annual travel passes.
This scheme enables you to request SVP purchase a bicycle and bicycle safety equipment up to a maximum cost of €1,200 (€1,500 Electric bike).
We operate a very generous sick pay scheme which is in excess of your statutory entitlements with effect from 13 weeks' service.
We operate a discretionary Christmas Gratuity Scheme.
All employees with 6+ months service receive this gratuity in December in the form of a Voucher.
